Affordable Warmth Scheme – Grants available to replace your old boiler with a New Efficient Oil Boiler!

The Northern Ireland boiler replacement scheme can assist owner occupiers to improve the energy efficiency of your home.

The scheme is open to home owners with household income less than £40k who have an inefficient boiler that is 15 or more years old. This grant of up to £1k, (dependent on total gross income) is available to help with replacing inefficient boilers with a more energy efficient condensing oil boiler.

• For households earning less than £20k the grant is £700 rising to £1k if controls are installed.
• For those households earning over £20k but less than £40k the grant is £400 for the boiler but will rise to £500 if controls are installed.
